Photobucket

Ingredients:

One small red onion
Cilantro for garnishing
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup diced fresh pineapple
1 package boneless skinless chicken tenders
1 pizza crust ( I buy my dough from my favorite pizzeria)
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce ( I use either Bulls-Eye Original or Sweet Baby Rays brand)
1/2 water

Directions:

Preheat your oven to the temperature needed for your pizza crust. Next brown chicken tenders until fully cooked. Take out of pan and set aside. In the same pan saute onions, once they have cooked down about 5 minutes, add the chicken back into the pan add BBQ sauce, water and pineapple. Simmer for about 10 minutes. (I cook my pizza crust until it is almost fully cooked before i put on the BBQ chicken sauce.) Top pizza crust with the sauce and sprinkle with as much cheese as you like, put back into oven until the cheese melts. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy! :)
